Upon booking an appointment you will receive an e-mail confirmation and 24-48 hours before your appointment you will receive an SMS text to your registered mobile number.

Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment and report to Elements Fitness and Wellbeing, Unit 36 Guildhall Shopping Centre, Market Square, Stafford, ST16 2BB.

Please wear shorts or leggings , t-shirt/strap top for your session to allow full clinical examination. If you have queries with regard to other suitable clothing then please contact us prior to your appointment.

Payment for your session can be made either by Cash or Card (1.5% card transaction fee applies) at the time of your appointment, unless you are covered by an insurance company.

If you intend to fund treatment with us via a healthcare provider such as BUPA or AXA-PPP please obtain authorisation for treatment prior to your appointment and provide us with your authorisation details at the time of booking your appointment.

You will receive advice regarding appropriate exercise within your session or receive an e-mail from www.physiotec.ca within 72 hours from your appointment. If you do not receive this e-mail after 72 hours then please contact us to make us aware.

To cancel an appointment, please allow at least 24 hours notice so that we can offer your appointment time to patients on our waiting list. If less than 24 hours notice is given you will still be charged the full fee for your physiotherapy session.

We recognise that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to run on time. Occasionally, emergencies or patients require a little more time, and these cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologise if we keep you waiting.
